This new vessel is in the final stages of completion at the shipyard, and is slightly larger in length at 72m LOA and volume of around 1,650 GRT. (Please see attached full PDF brochure)

Owner’s Supply includes : Tenders, Water Toys, Deck chairs and furniture, Crockery, Cutlery, Sheets etc etc. Basically everything that is required to complete the vessel for the. We can deliver a complete turnkey project just a few months from completion.


Please provide us with an Letter of Interest  in this regard, together with your agreement to secure the vessel with a 15% deposit to be placed with a mutually acceptable Escrow Agent .

1. Propulsion: 2 CATERPILLAR 3512-C2541 HP @ 1800 RPM Year Production: 2006.
1a: The 2 years warranty will be given after commissioning.


2. Generators: 3 CATERPILLAR C9 Diesel Gen. Set 200 KW each. Year of Production: 2007
2a: The 2 years warranty will be given after commissioning.


3. Bow thruster CMC Marine System 125 KW Year of production: 2007
3a: The 2 year warranty will be given after commissioning.


4. Stabilizers CMC Marine System SMS 3150 Model 4 fin stabilizers. Year of production: 2007
4a: The 2 year warranty will be given after commissioning.


5. Deck Crane: OPACMARE 2.50000 KG capacity 63m boom lengthyear of production: 2008
5a: The 2 year warranty will be given after commissioning.


6. Windlass DATA DZC7000EYear of production: 2008
6a: The 2 year warranty will be given after commissioning.


7. Bank guarantee for project will be provided by shipyard.


8. Shipyard insurance during the building process will be provided


9. Estimated time to build the yacht: Approx. 18 months


10. Buyer should send his/her surveyor for purpose of inventory of all equipment remaining with the yacht build.

This is agreeable after buyers: LOI and Capability confirmation.


11. Project is approved by Bureau Veritas


12. Our company is working directly with the owners only mandate who has exclusive rights to negotiate and to sell the yacht on behalf of the owners.
