Complete technological equipment for shredding and separating automobile tires.

Capacity: 400–500 kg/hour

Maximum tire size: up to approx. Ø600 mm

The line includes:

1. Loading conveyor – 5,000 mm × 800 mm, hydraulic

2. Dual-shaft tire shredder – 30 kW, max. tire diameter 650 mm, 800 × 800 mm inlet, 80 replaceable knives

3. Disc screen – hydraulic, two-fraction separation

4. Conveyor belt – 5,500 mm × 500 mm

5. Conveyor belt – 7,000 mm × 500 mm

6. Return conveyor to shredder – 5,000 mm × 500 mm

7. Hydraulic station – 9.2 kW, 150 L tank

8. Single-shaft tire shredder – 58 kW, 800 mm shaft width, 15 mm screen

9. Magnetic belt separator – 0.55 kW

10. Linear vibrating screen – 4 kW, three-fraction separation

11. Circular vibrating screen – 0.69 kW

12. Magnetic belt separator – 0.55 kW

13. Screw conveyor Ø200 – 2–4 mm fraction

14. Screw conveyor Ø200 – 4–15 mm fraction

15. Screw conveyor – 0–2 mm fraction

Primary dual-shaft shredder: up to 2 tons/hour, depending on material and operating conditions.

OUTPUT FRACTIONS

The process is designed to separate:

• Metal wire

• Rubber fraction 0–2 mm

• Rubber fraction 2–4 mm

• Thread / textile fraction

AVAILABILITY

Several components are available from the seller's showroom and were manufactured in 2025.

The remaining components are scheduled for production, with a stated lead time of up to 35 working days.

COMMERCIAL TERMS

Net price: EUR 325,000

Payment schedule:

• 20% of gross amount as advance payment

• 75% of gross amount before shipment

• 5% of gross amount upon commissioning of the complete installation

Warranty: 1 year or 2,000 operating hours.

The offer is valid for one month.

Transportation, lifting equipment and related installation logistics are excluded.
