THE SPINGBUCK FULFILLS THE ROLE OF AN AFFORDABLE BALLISTIC AND MINE PROTECTED VEHICLE WITH EXCELLENT CROSS COUNTRY MOBILITY. THE DESIGN CAN READILY BE ADAPTED FOR SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS OR USES.
THE FLEXIBLE DESIGN OF THE SPRINGBUCK CAN BE READILY ADAPTED TO A WIDE RANGE OF CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS BE IT MILITARY, PARAMILITARY, POLICE, SECURITY OR MINE-CLEARING OPERATIONS. CIVILIAN APPLICATIONS ARE ALSO BECOMING POPULAR. THE AESTHETIC DESIGN OF THE SPRINGBUCK CAN BE ENHANCED FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS i.e. ROOFLINE / WINDOW STYLING / BINS ETC
THE SEATING ARRANGEMENT DEPENDS ON THE CUSTOMERS REQUIREMENT BUT IS TYPICALLY, DRIVER AND CO-DRIVER IN FRONT WITH A CREW OF 8 PEOPLE IN THE REAR. THE PERSONNEL COMPARTMENT IS AT THE REAR AND ENTRY TO THIS IS VIA A REAR ENTRY DOOR OF ARMOURED STEEL. OBSTRUCTION-FREE ARMOURED GLASS WINDOWS ARE FITTED WITH GUN PORTS. A CHOICE OF GUN TURRET OR HATCHES ON THE ROOF IS AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED.
THE SPRINGBUCK WAS DESIGNED FOR EASE OF COMPONENT SOURCING. TO REDUCE OVERALL LIVE-CYCLE COSTS, THE SPRINGBUCK USES WELL PROVEN COMMERCIAL RANGE STANDARD COMPONENTS WHEREVER POSSIBLE; THE ENGINE BEING PROVIDED BY MERCEDES BENZ WITH THE ROCKWELL AXLES. |

Warranty is against defective material and workmanship. The direct cost of rectifying defective material or workmanship shall be borne by the supplier. However, the cost of transportation, accommodation and subsistence will need to be covered by the customer. Work done on the vehicles by other than our approved service agents will negate the warranty. Wear and tear and the carrying out of routine maintenance is the end users responsibility and is not part of the warranty. Failure to carry out recommended routine maintenance will negate the warranty.
The Supplier does not accept liability for any consequential losses arising from any cause whatsoever.
The components below are covered under the normal warrantee against all defects excluding damages due to negligence or incorrect use / application. |
