Two floating power barges prompt available for sale

Interior photos and some additional information is attached.

To get more we'll need an NCDA in place along with an LOI and POF.

Owners are fairly confident this will be committed fairly promptly. Quite pricey though difficult to get hold of non-Chinese designed units at the moment – of course even the Ansaldo units are built in China under license.

Spec and recent photo attached this plant is  50Hz.

If 60Hz is required then I can propose some units with Chinese branded equipment systems.

Large floating power barge – just delivered from manufacturers yard, China. 

Originally expected to head to Cambodia this contract defaulted we know of this because we have a base in Phnom Penh. 

Owners price USD290 m, we would normally expect there is something to be done here to lower slightly but we understand there are a number of interested parties already in discussion.

Lead times for large generators are high at the moment so not many options for alternatives of this size without waiting up to 2 years.

Barge is currently doing final commissioning and will be ready in around 1 month.

Warranties will be transferred from the shipyard to new owners, they differ for various items though would assume at  12 month warranty.

Our guy in China is direct with Owners and was involved with the original contract. I've asked for further paperwork and will revert shortly.
