1. Pricing and Payments

  1. The cost of the helicopter is  15,000,000 USD
  2. Delivery costs will be calculated after the delivery location details are provided.
  3. The cost of payment processing and transaction management services is 2% of the total transaction amount

 

2. Transportation, Insurance, and Commissioning Services

  1. Transportation and insurance contracts will be arranged by the Seller. The helicopter is located in the Russian Federation and will be delivered to the Buyer’s designated location under FCA terms. Expenses under the transportation and insurance contracts are to be borne by the Buyer.
  2. Commissioning of the helicopter will be performed by Russian specialists.
  3. The Buyer is responsible for covering the costs of specialist services, including travel, accommodation, and meals, based on an estimate agreed upon by both parties in the contract.

 3. Documentation

  1. Upon receipt of an irrevocable confirmed purchase order (ICPO), the following documents will be provided to the Buyer:
  2. Factory and registration numbers of the helicopter.
  3. Draft purchase agreement.
  4. Template of the End-User Certificate (EUC).
  5. Complete set of necessary documentation.
