The HMMWVs are reconditioned/refurbished with any parts replaced that are not in excellent operating or physiscal consition.
All vehicles would have no more than approximately 30,000 miles before refurbishment.

The following items are replaced with new U.S. Milspecs parts on all of the vehicles:

Wiper arms and blades
Seatbelts
Tires, 36x12.50-16.5 LT Good Year Wrangler R/T
4 Man soft top kit and doors
Seat cushions
Side mirrors
Fan belts and radiator hoses
Electrical control box
Dash gauges (except speedometer, to show original mileage)
Glow plugs
Glow plugs controller
Paint 383 military green
Batteries (2 per vehicle)
Full service on engine, transmission, transfer case and differentials with new air filter, oil filter, transmission filter and fuel filter
Any items that are not performing to original specifications on entire vehicle will be replaced
All aluminum bodies to be in good condition with nobody damages, all fiberglass hoods in good condition with no cracks, no rusty frames
All vehicles repainted 383 US military green
A 50 miles road test is conducted
The trucks have under 30,000 miles
