The container are connected to the mains and in operation.

CONTENTS
Cardboard cartons of CHICKEN LEG QUARTERS.

Each carton is closed by means of two plastic straps.

The cartons are stowed in layers – staggered in two rows from front to rear and side to side up to 13 cartons high.
The cartons are directly stowed to the aluminum floor of the container.
There is sufficient clearance between the cartons and the container doors and also sufficient overhead clearance between cartons and roof cladding of the container in order to provide for a proper circulation of the cooling air.

Temperature measurements of the cargo is carried at random out by means of a calibrated electronic thermometer during the inspection.
- Temperature of the cargo stowed in location of the doors right side center is measured to be minus 151°C.
- Temperature of the cargo stowed in location of the doors center bottom is measured to be minus 160°C.
- Temperature of the cargo stowed in location of the doors left side top is measured to be minus 155°C.

One carton was taken from the container at the doorway from the top layer for inspection of the contents.
- The carton containing a poly bag with pieces of chicken.
- The cargo was found to be with signs of hoar frost / formation of ice inside the bag but without any smell.

The single pieces were blocked together.
- Pulp temperature measurements of the cargo revealed temperatures of minus 146 - 148° C.

At the end of the survey the container doors were closed and the seal no. GKS BHV 644 026 (veterinary seal) and seal no. NTB 39 830 were applied to the right side container door.

Ref cargo free for immediate loading.

The production is controlled by International Center for Halal Standardization and Certification (ICSC) which is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water.
