1) Price : USD 92.5 Millions FOB China Port ( For the complete set of equipments including BOP ) 

2) Approximate Freight Cost  - USD 13.55 Millions - Insurance cost to Buyers account 

3) Erection / Commissioning     - USD 36.5 Millions 

Transport charges from Discharge port to Project site is buyers responsibility 

Item 2 & 3 is budgetary only , final price will be confirmed upon signing of Binding contract  

Equipment Delivery Time : 2 Months after advance payment 

Transport Time : 2 Months to the Any safe Port 

Erection / Commissioning Time : 8 Months after all Equipments arrive at Project site .

Terms / Conditions for the Erection/ Commissioning will be informed upon signing of the contract .

Payment Terms :

1) 10% deposit into escrow prior to inspection 

2) 20% Advance after inspection / Boroscope and upon signing binding contract 

3) 25% When equipments are ready for dismantling 

4) 25% When equipments are ready for loading into containers 

5) 15% When ready for trasport to the Port 

6) 5 % When issue shipping documents
