4) Payment Terms :

4.1) 15% advance after inspection / Boroscope inspection 
4.2) 35% Progress Payment, before start of dismantling 
4.3) 15% Progress Payment, when 50% dismantling completed 
4.4) 25% Progress Payment when loading completed at the Plant 
4.5) 10% Final Payment when shipping documents are handed over

5) Delivery : 3 Months after down payment after inspection. 

6) Inspection : Can be arranged , subject to that customer has to pay USD 12,000 Towards our Representative travel expenses .
