We hereby do confirm that according to protocol of Siemens the turbines have been maintained and rotated.

Please note we will supply one year warranty or 8000 hours , by Siemens Shop.

If you are genuinely interested, the process is simple:

1. Agreement on commercial structure

2. Signature of proforma invoice

3. Deposit payment + inspection fee 

4. International inspection report

5. Final balance payment

6. Immediate release and shipment
 

The escrow agreement will stipulate that the initial inspection-related costs (Regarding inspection: The only acceptable method is an internationally recognized inspection company performing a full technical audit, including boroscope inspection and full mechanical verification. The cost is €20,000–25,000 per unit and is fully standard for assets of this class are to be covered through the escrow arrangement) are to be covered through the escrow arrangement.
 

That said, I am willing to assist in addressing your concerns. If your primary objective is to verify the availability of the units, I can facilitate this upon receipt of your Letter of Intent (LOI) and Proof of Funds (POF). Verification can be provided via a video recording clearly showing the equipment, along with documentation displaying your company name.
 

Please note that the full payment must be done once inspection confirms that the equipment is available and in “zero hours” condition. At that stage, the transaction will be considered final. We will then proceed with the handover of the units to your nominated shipping company, and the escrow agent will also release the funds to us accordingly.
