BASE ARMORED EQUIPMENT

• Transparent Armor (glass) manufactured by ISOCLIMA or equivalent (39mm). All sections of transparent armor have previously been tested by H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

 

 

• Ballistic material (steel) manufactured by Dynamic Armor or equivalent. All sections of the vehicle excluding the transparent armor have been preciously tested by Bosik Technologies Limited to defeat the following:

 

• All four (4) doors armored using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Windshield replaced with 39 mm transparent armor OEM shape that is designed to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Glass for all four (4) doors replaced with 39mm transparent armor OEM shape that is designed to defeat according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Entire roof area will be armored using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Floor armored using one layer of 4.5mm mild steel that acts as an absorbent for blast to protect against general standard DM51 anti-personnel grenades

• All pillar posts, firewall, cargo area and rear wheel arches will all be armored using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Overlap System around each window will be used throughout the vehicle to ensure complete protection armored using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Battery and computer using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Rear door kept original with armored swing door directly behind original. Swing door will have transparent armor for full viewing capacity. The thickness of the transparent armor is 39 mm. The door will be armored using ballistic materials to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Rear cargo side panels to have 12” X 8” transparent armor inserts behind original glass 39 mm thick to protect according to the following standard:

        o B6 – 7.62 x 51 FMJ (Euronorm EN1063)

• Upgraded suspension to compensate for additional weight (additional leafs in a back and new set of shock absorbers)

• Strap/retainers on all four (4) doors to limit the opening

• Fuel Tank protection installed

• Run-Flats devises installed in all tires
