Loading Port:    Tianjin, China

Quantity:             500,000 MT. Shipment plan based on buyer's requirements.

Packing:              Loose in bulk vessel

Shipment:           21 days upon acceptance of banking instrument.

Inspection:         SGS at loading to be paid by seller. Buyer's own inspection at yard site or loading is also welcome. 

Payment:             Transferable L/C at sight. Non Transferable add $1.00 PMT

Procedure:
1. Both parties agree and sign the contract
2. Buyer issues banking instrument from top world bank.
3. Shipment commences according to shipment schedule.
