§         Vehicle has two compartments, driver/passenger (2 seats) and cargo/passenger (3 beds and 2 seats)

§         Two armored front doors for driver and security guard have armored glass and high security locks

§         Armored doors in cargo/passenger compartment have high security locks

§         Windshield replaced with fiberglass two piece frame with the bullet proof glass

§         Glass heating and blowing is kept

 

 

BALLISTIC PROTECTION

 

All ballistic armored steel has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory and is tested to defeat and withstand a range of ballistic requirements including:

NOTE: Rear cab constructed with 3mm stainless steel in the outside and ballistic steel in the inner side to withstand poor weather

 

§    Driver and passenger doors armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following in non transparent areas:
 

7.62 x 51mm

 

§    Front windshield is armored to B6 using two pieces of transparent armor being 40.18 mm thick that has been previously tested to defeat the following with a sample size of 20” x 20” at a 35º:

§    Driver and passenger door is armored to B6 using transparent armor being 40.18 mm thick that has been previously tested to defeat the following with a sample size of 20” x 20” at a 35º:

§   Oblique, Front and Rear of vehicle armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

§    Entire roof area armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

§    Floor armored using 3 mm ballistics steel with 3 mm Mild Steel that acts as an absorbent for blast. 

 

The hard steel is brittle therefore can shatter injuring the occupants inside the vehicle if a blast occurs therefore we recommend 3 mm Mild Steel on top as a second layer included.

 

§    All pillar posts, side panels, kick-panels, firewall, and headers, cargo area, rear wheel arches, rear cargo doors will all be armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

§    Overlap System around each window used throughout the vehicle to ensure complete protection armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

§    Rear barn doors armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

§    Rear doors have transparent insert measuring 20” x 20” armored to B6 using transparent armor being 40.18 mm thick that has been previously tested to defeat the following:

§    Battery and computer armored to B6 using 6.35 mm ballistics steel that has been previously tested at the H.P. White Laboratory to defeat the following:

 

7.62 x 51mm

 

§         Run-Flats installed in all tires with 1 spare

 

§         Locking Fuel cap included on all vehicles

 

§         Lighting System (exterior) included with the following:

 

- One (1) light bar 35”on top of front cab

- Two lights per side of rear cab (total 8 lights)

- Strobe lights in front and rear existing lighting system
