GE Gas BASED CCPP 2 X 180 MW

GE P9171 360MW GAS TURBINE--2014

1) There are currently 2 sets of ×180MW gas-steam combined cycle power generation units,
which adopt a 1+1+1 (one-to-one) configuration, which consists of a gas turbine, a waste heat boiler,
a steam turbine, a generator and its auxiliary machinery. 

The gas turbine is an MS-9001E (PG9171E), unit manufactured by the French branch of the American GE Company,
and is equipped with a waste heat boiler produced by Hangzhou Boiler Factory and a combined cycle dual-pressure condensing steam turbine produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Factory.
 

2)3The first set of gas-steam combined cycle generating units
(#1 gas turbine, #2 boiler and #2 steam turbine) was put into commercial operation on November 9, 2004 (burning heavy oil), and was converted from oil to gas in January 2010. The LNG natural gas power generation operation was completed in November 2010, and the CNOOC pipeline natural gas was connected in July 2014. In April 2015, the #1 gas turbine underwent DLN transformation.
 

3)The second set of gas-steam combined cycle generating units
(#3 gas turbine, #4 boiler and #4 steam turbine) was put into commercial operation on December 6, 2004 (burning heavy oil), and was converted from oil to gas in January 2010. The LNG natural gas power generation operation was completed in November 2010, and the CNOOC pipeline natural gas was connected in July 2014. In May 2014, the #3 gas turbine completed the DLN transformation work.

4. Equipment introduction
(1) Gas turbine: The gas turbine model is MS-9001E (PG9171E),
with a rotation speed of 3000RPM, a rated power of 123.4MW, and the fuel is light diesel/heavy diesel/natural gas.
Equipped with an ELIN generator, its number is 954*010/954×014; the capacity is 170MVA, the voltage level is 15KV, the frequency is 50HZ, the power factor is 0.8, the cooling method is air cooling, three-phase and two poles, and the excitation method is brushless excitation.
 

The control system is MARK-6e. The generator outlet is connected to the SF10-180000/220 transformer of ABB Transformer Co., Ltd.

5) Waste heat boiler: The boiler model is Q1153/526-173.6 (33.3)-5.9 (0.67)/500 (257);
the equipment layout is non-supplementary combustion, three-pressure, suspended vertical, forced circulation waste heat boiler; boiler The structure is an open-air tower-type fully suspended structure,

6) Steam turbine: The name is combined cycle dual-pressure condensing steam turbine.
Its model is N60-5.6/0.56/527/255; its type is single cylinder, single pumping, axial flow, impulse, medium pressure, condensing steam turbine.
 

The steam turbine is equipped with a WX18Z-054LLT generator from Jinan Generator Factory, with a rated power of 60MW and a rated speed of 3000 RPM. The generator outlet is connected to the SF10-75000/220 transformer of ABB Transformer Co., Ltd.

7) Control system: The turbine/boiler control system DCS is the infi90 system of Bailey Company (ABB).
It has a ring topology and consists of three loop systems, the first set of combined cycle,the second set of combined cycle and public System composition.

8) Public systems: water treatment equipment, cooling water
(pump sets, oil coolers, generators) equipment, compressed air equipment, DC power supply equipment, electronic room equipment, switch room equipment, etc.
