PRODUCT PACKAGE DESCRIPTION

 

•Industrial gas turbine KAWASAKI Model type L2OA

 

Horizontal split casing in industrial design, with openings for boroscope inspections.

Single shaft, entirely axial design, cold end drive.

11-stage compressor with transonic 1st and 2n,d stage, compression ratio 19:1, forged wheels,

electronic beam welded, forged single blades with dove-tail fixing, 1st to 6th stage Titan alloy, 7th

to 1 1th stage stainless steal alloy, abrasive aluminum coating of surrounding compressor housing

for minimum gap losses.

Automatic electric/hydraulic guide vane and stator vane angle adjustment on the first 5

compressor stages for Start unloading, mass flow control in part load and for DLE operation.

3-stage turbine, air cooling of entire 1st and 2nd stage with compressor discharge air, air

temperature reduction with pre whirl nozzles for turbine blades, film cooling, zirconium based

thermal barrier coating on entire 1st and 2nd stage, forged turbine rotors with curves couplings,

centre bolt, turbine blades of 1st stage made from directly solidified high temperature investment

casting nickel alloy.

2 journal bearings for radial load, 1 thrust bearing, all tilting pad type. Vibration and temperature

monitoring system, with 2 vibration transducers and 2 thermocouples on each radial Bearing and

1 position transducer on the thrust bearing. Exhaust gas diffuser designed with optimized opening

angle, inclusive temperature and back pressure measurement for the exhaust gas. Temperature

measurement performed with 16 sensor system.

Air inlet collector with opening from top.

3 fastening points designed to compensate the thermal expansion of the turbine section. First

fastening point is positioned near the first journal bearing designed as fix point. Second and third

fastening points are positioned near second bearing and exhaust gas diffuser.

DLE - Dry combustion system with 8 dry pre-mixed diffusion burn combustion chambers,

diagonal/radial mounting direction with crossfire tubes, double walled design of cobalt alloyed

high temperature material with thermal barrier coating and cover cooling design. Main burners

Integrated pilot system, 2 spark plugs in opposite combustion chambers, 2 air cooled direct flame

detectors. System is to demonstrate latest technology of low

exhaust gas emissions such as NO < 70 mg/Nm3 and CO <= 50 mg/Nm3 in Natural Gas Fuel

operation at full load conditions referring to 15% 02.

Fuel supply system for natural gas with filter, safety shut off valve combination, pressure and

temperature monitoring system, fuel manifold assembly, main gas actuator valve. Pipe material in

stainless steel.

Bleed air system for start sequence with bleed control valve and for part load/DLE-operation with

bleed control valve. Piping and flexible tube. Sealing air system with seal air valve, regulator, drain

separator and check valve for use during start/stop sequence only. System requires external

instrument air supply.

Compressor cleaning system for hot- and cold wash, with 8 cleaning nozzles and piping assembly

for cleaning liquid. Approved products are Z0K27 and RMC G-21.

High speed membrane coupling between gas turbine and gear box.

  Three-phase alternating current generator, 10,5 kV / 50 Hz / app. 23.000 kVA in brushless and water cooled construction, with exciting system assembled outside of the generator as well as with integrated voltage control system. Manufacturer Brush (GB). Water Cooling Unit is included.

Tube material of the lube system stainless steel. 5.900 I oil tank integrated in the base frame. Oil type ISO VG 32. Oil tank ventilation operated with separate oil mist separator. Oil cooler system is designed as plate heater radiator. Oil mist separator and Oil cooler are integral parts of filter house and are not included.
